A Word To The (So Called) Wise (a.k.a. me)

You can never feel satisfied or free with so many things to hide ... just let it go ... let is ALL go ... and that way, if you don't come clean, the cleanliness will come and get you!

but sometimes it's hard to do that, do you have any advices on how to do that?? i mean sometimes we don't have the bravery to do it, and we become afraid that if people know they won't understand!
