You see a small, injured living creature ... let's say a kitten ... thrown against the sidewalk and obviously dying. What would you do?
a) totally ignore it
b) put her in a safe place on the side so nothing else would run over it
c) kill it to ease its pain

Take it to the nearest veterinarian...
take it home and pamper it and feed it and clean it... but mom would shoot us both !
Take it home and try to save it!
That is a painful question! ... Take it to a vet I suppose, they should know what to do..
